Duties will include
- Fleet Administrator & Commercial Sales Assistant
- Audit fleet deals for Meridian, noting missing items, get financed deals funded and turned into payroll
- Reconcile and finalize sales profits and loss in Fleet Sales YTD Sheet
- Meet with clients, get paperwork signed and process funding
- Multi-Tasking Skills and excellent Computer skills in Dealer System, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Assist with offsite vehicle deliveries when requested
- Receipt $ in Reynolds and manage CENPOS credit card transactions
- DMV and Corporate pickup runs
- Report fleet sale types and claim fleet incentives in CONCEPS and Smart Vincent
- Open and close purchase orders for commercial upfits and manage PO spreadsheet for upfits with our vendors
- Contact customers to collect missing deal items
- Manage any requests accounting has in posting car deals or we owe schedules
- Kendall Rent A Car and Kendall Ford of Meridian license plate execution
- Assist other team members with their duties when help is needed
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
