Commercial Fleet Administrator

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in the Treasure Valley. Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa has an immediate opening for a Commercial Fleet Administrator.

The job and responsibilities include:

• Audit fleet deals for Nampa, noting missing items, et deals funded and submit to Payroll
• Reconcile and finalize sales information in Google Docs
• Meet with clients, get paperwork signed and process funding
• Manage deal audit checklist and document in ReverseRisk
• Assist with offsite vehicle deliveries when requested
• Manage funding delays and after sale customer needs
• Work with Sales and Inventory Team to report commercial sales sold to GM
• Log Sales Daily on Main Sales Log
• Manage any requests accounting has in posting car deals or we owe schedules
• Receipt money in Reynolds and manage CENPOS credit card transactions
• Open and close repair orders and manage PO spreadsheet for upfits with our vendors
• Maintain Several Spreadsheets including Sales and Inventory Sheets
• DMV and Corporate pickup runs
• DR fleet sale types and claim fleet incentives in CONCEPS and Smart Vincent
• Clean and fuel stock or sold vehicles upon request
• Assist with printing paperwork for Courtesy Deliveries
• Kendall Nampa and Kendall Rent A Car license plate execution

Candidates must be willing to work weekend and/or evening shifts, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
