Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and oversee the Sales Operations team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct sales training and provide ongoing support to the sales team
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage sales activities

Skills:

- Proven experience in business development, customer service, and account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet targets
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
