- Identify and prospect potential commercial clients in the designated market
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our commercial products
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
```Experience```
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of commercial products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts and pricing agreements
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
