As the Commercial CardProgram Optimization Consultant you will manage, design and execute program growth across a Commercial Card client portfolio through program retention, introduction of new products / solutions and through collaboration across HSBC deliver the best possible outcomes for HSBC and our clients and develop broad based and focused commercialization strategies that will deliver revenue and spend growth across your client portfolio
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Serve as the client advocate in managing the HSBC global network to ensure client satisfaction. This will likely involve conducting quarterly reviews with the client, driving HSBC product and proposition deployment, understanding major client initiatives, their operating procedures, organization structures and needs in identifying and supporting the delivery of Commercial Card solutions
- Work closely in partnership with Sales and Banking partners, focusing on revenue expansion and revenue realization through cross sell opportunities
- Have advanced knowledge of B2B,virtual card offerings and ancillary products and a strong understanding of Commercial Card value propositions and experience in building a client business case will be valuable
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $122,000.00 and $175,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
