About Client:

Salary Range: $130K-$140K/Annum + Benefits
Rate: $70/Hr on c2c

Program Objective

  • As the client continue in their transformation journey on establishing a Digital Cards solution for their clients.
  • As part of this initiative, the client will have capability to pay their supplier thru a virtual card which will be generated thru VISA APIs Virtual card will have supplier name and expiration date and supplier can use the virtual card in the similar manner as that of the regular credit card.
  • Client will also have capability in a B2C manner to disburse funds to the debit card of the supplier.
Job Description:
  • Candidate will provide techno functional leadership in Virtual Card processing to bring in a virtual commercial or corporate card processing for any type of payments like the retail card.
  • Candidate will serve as a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.
  • Candidate will direct and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design, and use case models.
  • Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
  • Candidate will lead implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation and will manage scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Eliciting, challenging, and prioritizing requirements.
  • Creation of User Stories covering Business and Functional Requirements for projects large and small, ranging from small functional enhancements to large multi-year transformation projects.
  • Driving business architectural solutions focused on flexibility, time to market and re-usability.
  • Working with business and technology partners to provide a seamless experience to users both internal and external when interacting with Digital card processors and association like VISA.
  • Supporting testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems and providing guidance to team members on complex testing tasks including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution
  • Working with business and technology teams to develop technology roadmap strategy.
Payment Domain Knowledge base:
  • A strong business and functional knowledge in disciplines surrounding Merchant service Provider.
  • An understanding of an end-to-end flow of various Corporate/commercial card processing that is virtual in nature.
  • Knowledge of the integration VISA APIs to generate virtual cards, payment process of the in the cards industry and posting/settlement process.
  • End to end understanding of issuing book of world.

  • Posting and settlement of the payment transactions for actual credit and debit and credit transactions.
Technical or Application Knowledge base:
  • Knowledge of Development Lifecycles and Agile approach to project implementation and software used to support same: JIRA, Confluence
  • Account static data management
  • Payment tracking mechanisms such as GPI
  • User Interface design
  • Technical background with knowledge of SDLC, JSON, XML and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Experience working with waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
Core BA Skills:
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Business case development
  • Modeling techniques and methods
  • Requirement Management including Requirement Elicitation, Requirement Packaging,
  • Requirement Validation and Requirement Verification.
