CB Commercial Card Onboarding: Technical Implementation Specialist - VP - 603

Role Summary:

The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Implementations group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of bank products and services for new and existing Commercial Bank clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives in order to offer the best suitable technical solutions and data integration options
  • Translate requirements to technical specifications
  • Be the liaison between our client's technical team and J.P. Morgan technical teams.
  • Evaluate a technical solution impact to client's business processes
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Use of MS Tools to document solutions and ongoing progress
  • Use of workflow tools to engage various partners across the business to deliver both technical and operational pieces of the solution.
  • Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository

Ultimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Onboarding experience. This includes:

Representing us as the client facing, technical contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury Product Implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world. Managing client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including - RFP responses, client presentations and client visits. Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services. Use Microsoft Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use workflow tool for status updates and document repository. Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations. Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement. Be empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Analytical aptness to assimilate high level reconciliation solutions with detailed technical requirements
  • Experience with data transfer protocols
  • Technical project management experience
  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
  • Motivation to set the appropriate expectations with every engagement
  • Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal
  • Enthusiasm to tell a story with facts and data
  • Willingness to travel, less than 25% of your time
  • Payments, Receivables and Commercial Card experience or enthusiasm to learn
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand'

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Passion for learning new technologies and industry trends
  • BA/BS degree
  • Technical client consulting experience with transmissions and ERPs
