Job Description- This role is Full time (4 days in NYO) and supports the Dior Sephora Omni-channel Sr Director to help drive and deliver the DIOR Triaxe (all categories) business strategy at Sephora USA.
- This role encompasses all trade/ commercial activities and requires to proactively support and follow up on Sephora-related projects execution.
- Requires full engagement and efficient communication across functions/teams (External: US Sephora Teams and Vendors. Internal: US & Trade Marketing, VM Merchandising, Field, Education, Events, Media, PR & Influencer Marketing, E-Retail, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, Finance, etc.) to align and implement the brand strategy at Sephora, and ultimately achieving business goals and plan.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help provide a true Sephora omni-channel experience for consumers by ensuring that brick-and-mortar, e-retail, launch timing, promo cadence, are well aligned internally with Dior and externally with Retailer.
- Secure best-in-class local implementation of 360° activation (e-retail, merchandising, in-store activation, eventing, education, sampling, gifting, paid social, PR & influencer marketing) as per marketing calendar.
- Act as key partner to ensure commercial readiness is met by all cross-functional team members (digital, visual merchandising, education, field). Keep trackers and calendars up to date for all initiatives and ensure weekly communication to field, and internal teams.
- Retail sales, trend and performances analysis: Own sell out insight and inputs. Ad Hoc analysis. Monitor, and communicate after-launch results to improve short-and long-term forecast accuracy and product lifecycle.
- In-store and event budget tracking.
- Stay abreast of competition, new Sephora launches and market performance through on-going research. Partner with the planner and Sr Director on key weekly/monthly takeaways.
- Present strategies and analyses at internal meetings and to leadership teams.

Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant Beauty industry experience, within the US Market
- Ability to build marketing presentations for a variety of business needs.
- High Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen
- Knowledge of current beauty, marketing trends, industry news, consumer behavior reports, and retail innovation to understand how best to market to our target beauty consumer.
- Highly collaborative and ensures a teamwork mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution-oriented, resourceful with strong ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
