Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated finance professional to join our exceptional Commercial Finance Team! The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic analytical and reporting requirements for FXM USA. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Finance and partners with the Sales Team and cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, and Human Resources. This role requires the candidate to have expertise in analytics, storytelling, forecasting, data modeling, database creation/manipulation, data integrity management and solid communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning/Reporting
- Building and maintaining annual company planning model(s)
- Building and maintaining monthly reporting (P&L, chargeback, ad hoc)
- Monthly chargeback accruals
- Analysis
- Monthly chargeback analysis to understand drivers and provide insight to achieve greater efficiency
- Pricing
- Support pricing initiatives during key price change periods (2x/year)
- Chargeback invoice reconciliation
- Business Systems Support
- Product hierarchy management across different platforms
- Support pricing system alignment with other key business systems
- Support any new software implementation activities

REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree and 3+ years’ related Finance/Accounting, or Revenue Management work experience.
- Beverage Alcohol industry knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (advanced skills – nested IF and logic statements, Index, XMATCH), Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint and Word
- VIP/I-dig / Karma / Vistaar experience a plus
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and initiative to implement
- Experienced in data management across multiple system platforms and data reconciliation
- Excellent organizational/project management skills
- Good communication skills and written skills
COMPENSATION
Base salary range: $115,000/yr.- $130,000/yr. exact compensation may vary based on skills,and experiences.
