We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This role will handle accounts for a senior producer comprised of a diverse portfolio of general business accounts.
Location: Walnut Creek, California (Hybrid) 4 days remote and 1 day in office
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed portfolio of general business accounts, including small, midmarket, and large enterprises.
- Handle marketing of renewals every month, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Display exceptional communication skills, particularly in crafting clear and professional emails.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Account management.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days remote and 1 day per week in the Walnut Creek office.
