Collision Center Customer Service Representative

DePaula Ford is seeking a full-time representative to ensure customer satisfaction in our collision repair center. Candidate must organized, personable, and well-spoken. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and 8am - 12pm on one Saturday per month. The starting hourly wage is $18.00 an hour.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments for customers

• Managing calendar

• Coordinating rental vehicles

• Communicating with customers and estimators

• Setting up and reconciling workfiles

• Greet and check in customers

• Process tow ins

Requirements: 

• Must have excellent communication skills (verbally and written)

• Professional presentation

• Must have Customer Service experience and be comfortable with a high volume of calls

• Excellent attendance
