POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Function in a fast paced environment.
• Provide account receivables, customer service, and collections efforts.
• Use key tools (i.e., credit bureau reports, TLO reports, etc.) in order to make contact with debtors.
• Ensure that all efforts, including conversations with the debtors, are notated on each account.
• Research and reconciliation of your assigned accounts, ensuring recorded and detailed documentation of collection efforts with resolution.
• Maintain a consistent level of professionalism at all times with clients, customers, and colleagues.

Responsible for making contact with all responsible parties on loans, medical bills, etc. through telephonic or written communifcation in order to determine the cause of delinquency. Provide assistance and suggestions to assist individual by developing payment arrangements or payment in full.
