The Syracuse Mets are looking for seasonal hourly staff members for various roles around the ballpark to deliver smiles and great gameday experiences to our guests. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends and holidays during the baseball season, and will attend guest service training in mid-March in preparation of the upcoming season. Job Description:
- Manage entrance to NBT Bank Stadium parking lots & collect money or parking tickets from guests
- Must be able to use a portable credit card unit to collect payments. (Credit Card Only)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
