Car Concierge

As a Car Concierge, your job will be to help care for our garage and a stable of collectible and fun-to-drive vehicles belonging to our member base.

This role requires skills in customer service, relationship building, and a professional, trustworthy, and pleasant demeanor.

Timeliness, a self-starter attitude, a want to take ownership of projects, and an appreciation for tidiness will be your keys to success.

Responsibilities and Training Path:

·Learn the ins-and-outs of ours and our partners’ services. (Which includes a traditional self storage business)

·You’ll be expected to quickly grasp the benefits we provide for our membership base and the standard of care we have established for our collection.

·Learn the standard of cleanliness we hold for our space and learn to operate the machinery we use to maintain that standard.

·Help us keep our floors shining and our lounge flawless.

·Learn the quirks and special needs of our clients’ vehicles.

·Routinely check and help care for our collection – ensure that windows are rolled up, vehicles are on battery tenders, dust-free, and parked appealingly. Ensure that members are notified of fluid leaks, low tires, aging tires, expired registration, etc.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

·Be 23+ years of age.

·Have a clean driving record and years of driving experience.

·Have experience and a talent for driving manual transmission vehicles. This skill is essential to your everyday tasks and is absolutely non-negotiable.

·Have a love of cars in general.

·Be personable and approachable.

·Be able to conduct themselves with a professional demeanor and have a sharp appearance when necessary.

·Be prepared to work one weekend day as a part of your continuing schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 8 Hour Shift

· Day shift

· Thursday - Saturday

· Must work one weekend day. This is non-negotiable. Our facility is open 7 days a week excluding holidays.

Experience:

· Driving: 5 years (Preferred)

· Manual Transmission: 1 year (Required)
