We’re hiring a Collector for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Collector
- Location: Houston, TX
- Pay: $15-$16/hour
- Hours: M, T, Th, F – 8am-4:30pm; W – 11am-7pm
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Conduct daily collection calls; handle customer service questions and issues via phone and email; handle contract refinance/extension challenges; investigate billing problems; other tasks as requested
- Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a collections environment with high-volume calls; basic Microsoft Office knowledge
