Bilingual Collections Representative

Description:

-Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from residential owners

-Will handline inbound calls from customers regarding negotiating payment arrangements and assisting customers with late payments on their mortgage

-Will place outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming payments or any late payments that they have

-This is not an aggressive collections role, this is to serve the customer and ensure they do not go into foreclosure

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

-2+ years of Collections experience required in the Mortgage or Financial Services space (i.e. mortgage, servicing, credit cards, etc.)

-Must be familiar with computers (i.e. toggle screens, dual monitors, talking and speaking and general knowledge of MS Office)

-Someone who is comfortable asking someone for money and not getting nervous to do so

-Someone who is very customer service centric and puts the customer first (do not want someone that is only focus on a hard collect i.e. legal collections)

NICE TO HAVE:

-Knowledge with Black Knight products (preferred but not required)
