Collections Specialist
This in-office position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Springs, TX.
Act as the principal liaison between HHS Customers and the company. Prepare and maintain all accounts receivable reports and provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, HHS jobsite directors, vice presidents, and presidents regarding collections and alert the billing manager of any collection issues
- Maintain databases of HHS customer information and ensure all payments are posted and applied properly
- Assist in various audits with third-party vendors i.e. financial statement audit, state sales tax audit, etc.
- Participate in month-end close process and complete special projects as assigned
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report department performance improvement indicators as needed

Requirements
- 2-5 years collections experience required.
- Customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- NetSuite experience a plus
