Collections Specialist

Come join us at Integra! We are looking for a team oriented, multi-talented individual to join our operations team in charge of the daily collection of client accounts.

This position will assist the operations staff members in maintaining and growing Integra’s core business of purchasing and collecting accounts receivable. The position will be tasked with the collection of invoices on a daily basis through problem solving of troubled invoices.

• Primary focus on B2B collections on accounts receivable.
• Manage client aging accounts to ensure timely processing of invoices in resolution.
• Ability to navigate software systems in an efficient manner.
• Determine if complete paperwork is received, review paperwork for image quality and potential issues with collection.
• Contacting debtors via phone and email to discuss past due invoices and solve problems.
• Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company financial goals.
• Ability to prioritize work, remain on task, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team and maintain constructive working relationships within and outside the organization.
• Exhibit persuasive telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
