Roessel Joy is partnering with a rapidly growing software development company who is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a REMOTE position and the ideal candidate has a least 2-3 years of Collections experience and an Associate's Degree. SAAS exposure would be a PLUS! They have about 2,000 customers, so high-volume collections experience would also be a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Collections outreach via Phone and Email
- High volume, low dollar collections
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, good work ethic and promptness in accomplishing all tasks
- Analyze and determines best practices to achieve maximum results, often dependent on individual customer needs.
- Maintain a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established collection targets.
- Advise management of potential problems with customer’s cash flow, works to minimize risk, resolve credit problems, and late payment issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of Collections experience
- Associate degree PREFERRED
- SAAS exposure would be a PLUS!
