Collections Representative (Remote)

*This is a work from home position. Our client is only seeking Collections Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT or must reside in IA, MO, WI, or WY.
Our client is looking for experienced Collections Representatives
What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:

• Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments
• Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
• Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments and providing assistance in resolving financial issues.

Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance based bonus!
Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

Work hours:
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm. Some schedules may require for you to work one weekend day.

*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
