Salary*This is a work from home position. Enova is seeking Collections Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT or reside in IA, MO, WI, or WY.
Enova is currently searching for experience debt collectors to join our team! In this role, you will be expected to quickly learn the technologies, strategies, and first party collections techniques. This will enable you to drive the continued success of the Collections team and grow your career.

What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers
- Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
- Provide outstanding service to customers
- Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve

Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

Work hours:
- Schedule 1: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm (1 rotational Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm)
- Schedule 2: Monday-Friday 9:15am-6:00pm (1 rotational Saturday a month 8:00am-4:30pm)
- Schedule 3: Monday-Friday 10:15am - 7:00pm
*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
