Job Description
As Collections Manager, you'll:
Command the battlefield: Oversee all aspects of the collections team, driving adherence to policy, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
Strategize for victory: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective collection strategies, maximizing recovery rates and minimizing delinquencies.
Coach and champion: Cultivate a positive and productive team environment, providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback to your team members.
Metrics matter: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to boost team efficiency and results.
Technology maestro: Ensure optimal utilization of our collections software and communication tools, fostering a tech-savvy and adaptable team.
Build bridges, not walls: Collaborate effectively with other departments, fostering a seamless and supportive collection process.
You're the ideal candidate if you have:
5+ years of experience in collections management or a related field.
Proven track record of success in improving recovery rates and reducing delinquencies.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, inspiring and empowering your team to achieve goals.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, identifying and implementing solutions to complex challenges.
Proficiency in collection software and relevant technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
