AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an In-Patient RN Clinical Manager. The hours areMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Hospice Home facility in Burlington, NC.
The Manager will have 24-hour accountability for IPU services and will share on-call responsibility with designee(s).
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall management of Inpatient Services operations including day to day operations, inpatient/residential care, supervision of IPU staff and quality monitoring in compliance with state/federal regulations and ACHC Accreditation Standards. The Manager will manage and provide service recovery for all patient/family issues and/or concerns.
