Bilingual Collections Specialist

Source Receivables Management is currently seeking multiple Bilingual (English/Spanish) Collection Specialists to join our rapidly growing Call Center team! We are looking for professional candidates who have a solid work history, enjoy working in a competitive environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Background in customer service, sales, or collections is preferred but not required
• Great multi-tasking skills (candidate must be able to talk and type simultaneously)
• Be able to type at least 40 words per minute
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Calculate percentages and successfully perform other basic math functions
• Strong negotiation skills are a plus!
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must be able to work as a team and independently
• Collection Specialists will make outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to resolve past due accounts
• Be able to understand and educate consumers on account terms and provide payment solutions
• Maintains a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and sparks teamwork

A three-week training course will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success.

Job type: Full-time only

**SCHEDULE:**

Mondays: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Tuesdays: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (if NOT working Saturday) or 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (if working Saturday)

Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Mandatory every other weekend)
