Our Collection Clerk delivers exceptional service while coordinating collection efforts with members. We are looking for a candidate that possess the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. They use their knowledge and pro-active problem solving skills to educate members about our products and services. Team Neches continues to be true to the credit union commitments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months of credit union or related financial or customer services experience
- Conscientious, and performs accurate work with respect for regulations and standards
- Work independently while displaying initiative and decision making skills
- Organized and great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new processes to grow and advance
JOB SUMMARY:
- Work share draft accounts
- Process collections on checking accounts and debit cards
- Process checks by phone loan payments as well as online payments.
- Backup other essential functions in the department as needed

Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of
Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
