Collections Clerk

Our Collection Clerk delivers exceptional service while coordinating collection efforts with members. We are looking for a candidate that possess the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. They use their knowledge and pro-active problem solving skills to educate members about our products and services. Team Neches continues to be true to the credit union commitments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of credit union or related financial or customer services experience
• Conscientious, and performs accurate work with respect for regulations and standards
• Work independently while displaying initiative and decision making skills
• Organized and great attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
• Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively
• Willingness to learn new processes to grow and advance

JOB SUMMARY:

• Work share draft accounts
• Process collections on checking accounts and debit cards
• Process checks by phone loan payments as well as online payments.
• Backup other essential functions in the department as needed

Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
