Position Overview:
The Collections Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing the accounts receivable and collections processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues affecting collections performance.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and outstanding balances in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and track collections performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing and payment transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance collection efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist billing team as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous AR experience
- High attention to details
- Great written and verbal communication
- Previous Billing experience would be a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
