*Candidates must be available to work until 6PM Mon, Thurs and Fri. Until 5PM Tue and Wed. Some Saturdays until 4PM - based on team schedule
Job Summary:
- Telephone - Develop relationships with customers over the phone, helping them with any payment processing or program questions they may have
- Provide customer service and work with customers when problems arise
- Interacting with sales team and service department to resolve any potential client issues
- Contact insurances companies to verify customer coverage
- Verify accuracy of customer information, vehicle paperwork and funding documents. Updating any misinformation you may see, including names entered as appears on ID and vehicle sale information (sale price, 1st payment date, term, tax rate, fee, vehicle info and trade allowance / lien payoff if applicable). Ensure all employment, reference and insurance information is entered and correct
- Collections - Collect payments from any customers that owe outstanding balances
- Filing
- Facilitate moving/purging of files as needed
- Obtaining customer signatures as needed for deferments, modifications, etc.
- If scheduled to close, lock up the building with your security code
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude and a neat work area
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
- Must be available to work some nights until 7PM and must be available on Saturdays until 4PM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to multitask

Pay: Hourly Rate + Monthly Performance Bonus
