Credit Manager Position Summary-

Our Credit Managers train and develop teammates in accounts and collections. Credit Managers oversee inventory, accounts and provide great customer service. 

Requirements / Responsibilities:

Account Management-

• Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, including current and past due accounts
• Review past due accounts and communicate in person and via phone with the customers to promote timely payments
• Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned
• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards

Delivery and Pick-Ups-

• Proper moving and handling to load/unload the truck, or other vehicles, per policy to safely protect coworkers and merchandise
• Safe transportation and delivery of the merchandise to customer homes in the Company provided vehicle as assigned
• Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on the proper use of merchandise

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs, with assistance if needed
• Bi-lingual is a plus
