Summary
The Colleague Relations Partner is responsible for helping the organization build and maintain health relationships with their employees. They foster positive relationships throughout the organization by implementing and evaluating HSHS's Colleague Relations initiatives in alignment with business objectives. This position serves as a center of excellence expert, providing senior level consulting to organizational leadership on complex, sensitive issues and cases. Colleague Relations Partners develop best practices and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities. They partner closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and colleagues throughout the organization in order to promote and advance positive Colleague Relations.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience
4 years of HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related experience, including experience in leading HR investigations, is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
PHR/SPHR is preferred.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
