Collaborating Physician - Tennessee

Single Aim Health (https://singleaimhealth.com) specializes in facilitating collaborative relationships between Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with physicians across the United States. We empower clinicians to establish and manage compliant and supportive long term collaborations.

We are looking for Tennessee resident and licensed physicians who want to expand their practice and mentor NPs and PAs. If you are interested in taking on more NP/PA collaborations please apply.

Requirements:

• Tennessee Resident or Nearby: Must be available for 2x per year in-person visits with collaborating NPs and PAs in Tennessee.
• Experience: Prior experience in collaborating with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).
• Active Tennessee Medical License
• DEA Registrations: Across states with active medical licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Remote Collaboration: Comfort with communication and EHRs systems to collaborate remotely with NPs and PAs.
• Collaborative Practice Agreements: Submitting collaborative practice agreements through state-specific portals as required.
• Chart Review: Monthly review of supervisees' charts, up to 10% of total charts. A streamlined system is provided for efficient chart review.
• Regular Meetings: Conducting regular video face-to-face meetings with supervisees, either 1:1 or in a group, up to once per month.
• Messaging Availability: Must be available to receive messages during business hours.

Compensation:

• $600-1000/month per collaboration
