Join our team as a Pharmacy Tech. In the Pharmacy Tech role, you will assist the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Pharmacy Techs will bring the following experience:

  • 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
  • Sterile Compounding experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification or Provisional Certification Required. Provisional Certifications must obtain State Certification within 12 months

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

 

Schedule: The schedule for this position will be 50% days (5:45am-4:15pm) and 50% evenings (9:15am-7:45pm) on variable days each week. You will work two days per week, plus opportunities to cover PTO/sick calls. This position will also work every other weekend. Evening and Weekend shift pay differentials are available for this position.

Pay Range:

$20.13 - $33.04 / hour
