Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound cold calls to IT companies within the designated target market to introduce our staffing solutions and services.
· Present our staffing solutions and value propositions effectively to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our agency for their recruitment needs.
· Identify key decision-makers within the IT companies and establish rapport, understanding their current hiring challenges and pain points.
· Assess client requirements and tailor our staffing offerings to meet their specific needs, whether it's permanent placements, temporary staffing, or project-based hires.
· Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify potential job openings and opportunities for collaboration, ensuring a seamless process from client engagement to candidate placement.
· Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management, consistently working towards expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software, ensuring all client communications are logged for future reference and analysis.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes within the IT staffing sector, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our services and offerings.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in Cold Calling and sales, preferably within the IT industry or staffing/recruitment sector.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our services and negotiate terms with potential clients.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently within a target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience and determination to overcome objections and achieve sales goals.
· Familiarity with IT products, services, and industry trends, enabling effective conversations with IT professionals and hiring managers.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting to evolving market dynamics and continuously improving sales techniques.
