- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a high volume coffee specific cafe or restaurant.
- The willingness to grow and progress within the company with a great attitude.
- Be motivated and career driven.
- Confident and proactive with leading a team from the front.
- Previous experience in scheduling, labor costs, and product ordering.
- Must have coffee experience and be very hands on and prepared to get your hands dirty
- This role is a working role and not a desk job, must be organised, clean and productive.
- Most importantly an energetic and driven attitude in loving what you do!
