Cnc Programmer

Indy Aerospace is an independently owned manufacturer searching for a Programmer to assist in design and production of aerospace parts. Qualified candidate will have:

· Hands-on experience working with various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and wood, etc.

· The ability to program and operate mill machinery utilizing software such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360, Radan or other CAD/CAM software, running tool paths, fabricating products that meet drawing specifications with very tight tolerances.

· The ability to ensure the quality of our products by following inspection protocols, detecting and correcting errors before products are released. Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment required.

· Prior Aerospace industry experience (preferred).

· Be comfortable working with minimal supervision, using various shop tools, and maintaining CNC machinery.

· Experience with Haas CNC 2, 3 & 5 axis mills, Mazak Laser and Thermwood router or similar preferred. Experience with CNC Press brakes a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
