SalaryWe are seeking 2 highly skilled and experienced CNC Mastercam Programmers to join our team in the greater Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio area. This position is ON-SITE!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with a focus on multi-axis mills and lathes. Proficiency in Mastercam or equivalent graphics-based software, such as NX, UNIGRAPHICS, or Edgecam is a must.If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a job shopenvironment and possess excellent technical drawing reading skills, we encourage you to apply. Prefer someone who has had experience with working with materials such as 600 series Inconel, René 41, Hastelloy, etc. for Aerospace.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Mastercam or equivalent software to program mills and lathes for optimum results.
- Work from models and drawings to select the proper tools and employ correct manufacturing methods.
- Generate set-up sheet instructions and tool lists, and perform machine set-up as required.
- Optimize the machining process to achieve the best results in terms of quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrate self-starting capabilities and maintain good communication skills.
- Organize and follow a methodical approach to machining tasks.
- Adhere to quality protocols and complete all necessary documentation forms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist on multi-axis mills and lathes.
- Proficiency in Mastercam or equivalent graphics-based software.
- Strong technical drawing reading skills.
- Experience in a job shop environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to follow quality protocols and document processes.

Qualifications
