As a CNC Machinist/Set-up (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you will operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will read and understand blueprints, perform minor preventative maintenance, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work in teams to troubleshoot manufacturing problems and perform quality assurance checks.

- High School Diploma or GED. Preferably a Journeyman’s card/Four-year apprenticeship program.
- Four years’ experience either in a production or job shop environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work order instructions.
- Must own tools supply for daily tasks (i.e. micrometers, indicators, edge finders, etc.)
- Proficiency in GD&T, Blueprint Reading, Hydraulics Experience, OEM, Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience.
