ProtoTRAK CNC Machinist

Dynacoil is a custom stainless steel manufacturing company providing products and services to pharmaceutical, medical and industrial customers. We are currently seeking a ProtoTRAK machinist with experience programming and machining various parts and components in a job shop environment. Materials will range from stainless steel and aluminum to various plastics. Machinists in our air-conditioned plan enjoy best in industry wages. Responsibilities:

· Program ProtoTRAK DPM RX3 Bed Mill at Control Interface (Conversational)

· Machine parts to close tolerance dimensions (+/- .005 to =/-.0005)

· Interpret 2D drawings for part manufacturing and associated tolerancing

· Work with jigging and fixturing to complete various parts

· Perform preventative maintenance tasks on ProtoTRAK milling equipment

Qualifications:

· 5 years related milling experience

· Experience in HAAS VMC’s and lathes, Mazak lathes or wire-EDM is a plus

· Experience with programming Mastercam is a plus.

· Experience with Solidworks is a plus

· Excellent communication

· Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

PAY RATE IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE. INDEED REQUIRES A RATE TO BE ENTERED IN ORDER TO POST A JOB. WE ARE VERY FLEXIBLE.
