Cnc Machinist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Vertical Center Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls, blueprint interpretation, program editing, and proficiency in using verniers, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate CNC vertical machine centers equipped with Fanuc controls.
• Set up and load materials into the machine.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Make program edits to customize machining processes.
• Utilize precision measurement tools, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers, to verify product quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Vertical Machine Center Operator.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Ability to make program edits for job customization.
• Experience with precision measurement tools, such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, precise components.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
