```Duties:```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges to ensure accuracy of machined parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
```Skills:```
- Proficient in operating CNC machines
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Familiarity with using bore gauges for precision measurements
- Knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Understanding of CNC programming and operation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining operations, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and possess the necessary skills to operate CNC machines. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work well in a team are also essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
