We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. You will utilize your knowledge of power tools, CAD software, and machining techniques to fabricate high-quality components.
```Responsibilities:```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficient in the use of power tools, CAD software, and machining techniques
- Familiarity with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of tooling selection and setup for different machining operations
- Ability to fabricate components using various materials including metal and plastic
- Basic welding skills are a plus
