Cnc Machinist

FCS is actively looking for skilled CNC Machinist's for their top client in Elkton, MD. CNC Machinistwill be responsible for providing technical oversite and supporting the set-up, programming, and operations of CNC Machines. Qualified candidates must have experience operating and working with CNC Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Minimum of 5+ years of CNC Machining experience, skilled in performing the set-up, G Code programming, tooling, and operating CNC Lathe's and/or Milling Machines.
• Prior experience working with and operating HAAS CNC Machining Centers, Mazak Turning Centers, Kitamura CNC's, and/or Mitsui Seiki.
• Familiar with utilizing and working with Fanuc Controls.
• Background modifying and editing G Code Programming.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Perform inspection of machined product and parts, completing and maintaining paperwork for parts.
• Experience working with ISO9001 standards.
• Certification, License and/or similar training in CNC Machining or Engineering is highly desired.
