The Machinist is to consistently provide a high level of quality, technical experience, and machining experience, while working in a small team environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, operation of conventional, special purpose and CNC
• Identify and set up required tooling jobs
• Cost awareness
• Calculate precise measurements and set controls for accuracy
• Develop specifications and produce parts
• Read, maintain and calibrate precision measuring tools
• Inventory management / budget cost
• Discuss repair order problems with Field Representatives and Customers to determine work order repairs
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• High School / GED required
• Advanced education in machining or equivalent experience in job related field
• REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and stoop numerous times throughout the day
• Understand and follow blueprints; manufacture parts to specifications
• Handling and assembling small parts
• Ensures ISO standards and requirements are maintained as well as developing of ISO processes
• Ensures quality expectations are met
• Ability to demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Management System, Agiliti’s Quality Policy, and all other documented quality processes and procedures
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
