CNC Machine Operator Trainee

The Position:
We are looking for a dependable individual with a great attention to detail to join our CNC router team. This individual will:
Work in a small team to operate our routing machines

Also operate our band saws, clipping machine, and wood chipper, in addition to forklifts as needed

Unload parts from routers to buggies

Move materials to staging area

Cut scrap from the router

Have a great attention to detail

Be able to stand on feet for entire shift

Have a good mind for numbers and metrics and using them with technology

Candidates that will be a great fit will:

• Have previous CNC machine operating experience in a woodworking environment (not required, we will train!)
• Be okay with standing 8-9 hours a day and working independently
• Have the ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have strong attention to detail and desire to not just produce quantity, but high quality work
