Overtime as required (Typical work week is 45 hours)
Seeking to add a CNC Horizontal and 5-Axis Programming Machinist to our team. Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines
- Independently setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC horizontal and 5-axis mills
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Abide by ISO13485 requirements and OSHA safety procedures
- Troubleshoot jobs that are not running properly due to issues with tooling, materials, and programming
- Communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist
- Experience with palletized cells preferred
- Must be able to understand, interpret, and edit G-code programming (FANUC control)
- Experience with FANUC programming
- ISO and OSHA standards knowledge a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
