Cnc 5 Axis Programmer

Duties:
- Develop CNC programs for machining parts based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts, proving out code for cutting.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in using SolidWorks or similar CAD software for programming CNC machines

-Proficiency in using MasterCam, and Keycreator
- Strong knowledge of tooling and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the machining process
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and dimensions
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in part fabrication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that this position requires good experience (5+ years) in CNC programming and machining. Candidates should have a strong understanding of materials handling, welding, and quality control processes.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
