Description
The Debit Card Associate supports the bank's frontline and clients in addressing Debit Card related inquiries. They are required to have magnificent communication skills and optimally facilitate communication with Debit Card vendors, clients, and employees regarding inquiries and resolution of issues.

PROVIDE IMPROVED CLIENT SERVICE
Continually meet client and coworker expectations and established goals and objectives by serving clients and coworkers under the guidelines of Bank service standards. Discover client needs, develop solutions, and implement plans to exceed client goals and expectations. Find a way to say yes! Respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and resolve problems to provide an unforgettable banking experience.

Possess and display a positive approach in managing change, while demonstrating excellent communication skills through effective conversations and collaboration. Be the source of outstanding client and employee experiences. Seek opportunities to support volunteerism in the local community's awareness events, increase our outreach, and foster new business.

FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Considering ensuring high quality experiences for clients and employees, this employee position will be held accountable to perform an assigned list of daily responsibilities accurately and with strong attention to detail. This includes Debit Card maintenance, processing applications, card ordering, preparing customer letters, and processing disputes. Associate must possess good time management skills, organizational skills, and strength to prioritize when called upon.
SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Take advantage of training and learning opportunities presented to further increase knowledge of the system and other eSolutions products and services including credit cards, internet banking, and mobile banking. Seek out training opportunities to stay up to date with applicable regulations. Continue professional development by voluntarily participating in elective courses, webinars, and off-site seminars. Opportunities to advance within the role include a promotion in advancement to next associate level.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual is encouraged to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: We request employees being capable to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Must possess professional communication and social skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization for consideration. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively is incredibly applauded.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: All employees must have at least some knowledge to use telephone systems and possess good digital literacy specifically, email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or work ethic for core transaction system, Debit Card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties will be greatly appreciated by everyone.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: For this position, all applicants must lead the power of being able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Additional suggestions include apprehension to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form is required. Solving exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation is a major demand.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk, using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interaction with others. Ability to travel on occasion.
