Interim HealthCare of Richmond is looking for PCA s and CNA s in the Louisa/Mineral area that can work the following schedule; MWF 7:00 am to 11:00 am & 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursdays 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. This client also has weekends from 8am-8pm but they are not required. Pay is 19.50 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse (when needed)
- Assist with medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide memory care support for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant training program and certification as a nursing assistant or PCA certiifcation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Salary: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40+ per week
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday and some weekends preferred
License/Certification:
- CNA license or PCA Certification (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Louisa, VA (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Louisa, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
