SalaryTucker Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking C.N.A.s to join our team. The C.N.A. will provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, following the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
Shifts : FT 7p-7a or FT /PT 7a-7p
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Help patients with personal hygiene. Help with baths and showers.
- Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
Documents objective information related to patient care.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient information.
- Reports to the Nurse any observations and pertinent information related to the patient's care.
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.
- Assist the nurses and other staff as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements & Skills:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have at least one year of C.N.A or caregiver experience
- Must have a C.N.A. certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
