We need energetic, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at The Cottages at Rockmart. Our campus offers a new culture for skilled nursing * REAL HOME * MEANINGFUL LIFE * EMPOWERED STAFFING * Some responsibilities include:
Assist Residents with Personal Care: ADL care, bathing, dressing , personal hygiene.
Communicate/Document: observe, monitor, communicate and document resident conditions including but not limited to vitals.
Support Housekeeping/Laundry: help with routine housekeeping and laundry duties.
Complete Culinary Training: prepare and serve meals and nutritional snacks per resident preferences once Serv. Safe training provided. (not all Care Companions cook but all must have certificate)
Applicants must be a Certified Nursing Assistant who demonstrates eagerness to train as a universal worker, offer high quality, resident care. A very unique opportunity to serve a Cottage with only 14-15 residents alongside of other Care Companions and a nurse. our Team oriented, real home culture sets us apart; a warm, home like environment offering private, spacious culture change for residents and staff.
