Description
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and our licensed staff, the ideal Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and support for our residents. We are looking for CNAs who are quick learners, compassionate, and have a deep understanding of healthcare and what we do in general.

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, duties include:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, positioning, oral care, ambulation, toileting, changing linens
- Assess and record important vital signs such as pulse, temperature, blood pressure
- Ensure relevant recorded data such as food intake/outake, ADL participation, treatment responses are correctly collected
- Implement appropriate infection control measures to ensure patient health and safety
- Assist in medical procedures with the presence of an RN
- Observe and report significant changes in patient behavior and physical condition
- Follow company protocols and procedures
- Maintain respect and patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old and above
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to undergo a background check
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to undergo training
- Home Care or Hospice experience encouraged but not required
